Frequently Asked Questions
The baggage will be delivered to the customers location within three hours after the actual arrival of the flight.
The baggage tracking status can be viewed by clicking on ‘Follow up your booking’ on the application.
Currently, we are offering the Land & Leave service in Abu Dhabi city only.
You can accumulate MORAFIQ points based on the total amount you spend on completed bookings.
MORAFIQ points can be redeemed prior to making a payment for a new booking.
Customers can reach MORAFIQ customer service via phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp chat.
A booking can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled flight arrival time.
All baggage is insured from the time of pickup till the drop off at the customer location. This is included in the service price.
Upon the cancellation of booking a refund process will be initiated and the total amount will be reimbursed within 14 business days. The Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment. You need to send an official email to support@morafiq.ae in order to initiate the Refund process.
