Morafiq’s Home Check-in service allows you to complete the check-in process for your flight from the comfort of your home. Our team will collect your baggage and ensure it gets checked-in for your designated flight.

You can download our bilingual mobile app or visit our desktop booking engine to book our Home Check-in service.

Morafiq’s Home Check-in service is currently available for Etihad Airways and Egypt Air passengers.
You can book your time slot for the home check-in upto 06 hours before your flight. It is recommended to book in advance to ensure a smooth and timely service.
When booking our home check-in service, you must provide brief details such as your flight information, contact / address details and the number of bags to be checked in.
Your luggage’s safety and security are our top priorities throughout the entire storage and transportation process. We are the sole official partner of Abu Dhabi Airport as well as the airlines we work with, and we are approved to handle and transport your luggage. During transportation, your baggage is transferred in securely locked vehicles equipped with CCTV cameras for added protection. Furthermore, our baggage storage facilities are also secured with locked access points and monitored 24/7 through CCTV cameras.
Yes, Morafiq provides tracking options for your luggage during the home check-in process. You can download our mobile app to avail of in-app notifications to know the status of the luggage till it reaches the airport. We recommend enabling your notifications permission to get timely updates.
Home check-in pricing varies based on the number of bags you want to be checked in. You can find detailed pricing information here or speak to our customer service.
Please note that as a temporary measure all passengers traveling to the USA on Etihad Airways need to check in at the airport.
