Morafiq’s Land & Leave service is designed to assist passengers upon arrival, managing the retrieval of luggage and ensuring a smooth exit from the airport.
Our Land & Leave service offers convenience once you land in Abu Dhabi. We collect your luggage, clear customs and security procedures, and get your luggage out of the airport. You will receive your bags at your provided location within 3 hours of landing.
It is highly advised to book the Land & Leave service at least 1 hour before your flight’s landing time.
On the day of your travel, you will need to share your bag tag numbers with us for swift baggage identification.
Morafiq provides Land & Leave services for the guests of all airlines arriving at Abu Dhabi Airport.
Your luggage’s safety and security are our top priorities throughout the entire storage and transportation process. We are the sole official partner of Abu Dhabi Airport as well as the airlines we work with, and we are approved to handle and transport your luggage. During transportation, your baggage is transferred in securely locked vehicles equipped with CCTV cameras for added protection. Furthermore, our baggage storage facilities are also secured with locked access points and monitored 24/7 through CCTV cameras.
Yes, Morafiq provides in-app notifications when the baggage is picked up from the baggage belt and when it is on the way to your location. We recommend enabling your notifications permission to get timely updates.
