This privacy statement will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our digital Platforms (Website and Mobile Applications) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.c

Welcome to MORAFIQ

MORAFIQ (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates off-airport check-in services through its digital Platform which comprises of website (www.morafiq.ae) and related mobile applications in iOS and Android stores. (Hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to our digital Platforms, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service. We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as cited in our Service Terms and Conditions. Our Service Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement with us (“agreement”).

SERVICE means off-airport check-in services operated by MORAFIQ through its digital Platforms (Website (www.morafiq.ae) and iOS/Android Mobile Applications).

PLATFORMS means MORAFIQ website (www.morafiq.ae) and MORAFIQ branded iOS and Android Mobile Applications to facilitate Service bookings.
USAGE DATA is data collected automatically either generated by the use of Service or from Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
COOKIES are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).
